Although sand casting is not a perfect process, we have perfected numerous procedures to limit variations in our process control, which ultimately provides the greatest quality and value to our customers. 

Each individual has a personal definition of Quality. At WCM, we feel that Quality must be defined in specific terms so that everybody can understand what quality is. Very simply, Quality is “Conformance to Requirements”. There is no high or low quality. Either a product conforms to requirements or it doesn't. 

In order for Quality to happen, a process must be in place. 

At WCM, the process that causes quality to happen is prevention, that is, eliminating errors before they occur. This involves all WCM employees thinking, planning and analyzing processes to determine where errors could occur and then taking action to keep them from occurring.
